ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you have a background in logistics? Are you a friendly, motivated and organised person looking to make a move? This is a very rare opportunity to join one of Australia’s most reputable logistics company, based out of Tullamarine, VIC, we are on the hunt for a Compliance Co-ordinator who wants to be part of an exciting, ever changing and transforming organisation.

Ideally, the successful candidate will support the management and maintenance of compliance, primarily Chain of Responsibility (CoR) for VIC/TAS Road Express operations. This role focus is on delivering outstanding service support to operational managers in the overall management of CoR related compliance and auditing, whilst also meeting safety obligations by conducting CoR related incident investigations where necessary.

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience within logistics and ideally an understanding or exposure to CoR, you will have intermediate excel skill along with experience working with Sharepoint.

A Typical Day Would Involve

• Manage CoR compliance within VIC/TAS Express operations by conducting regular audits, reporting, and training.
• Lead and support operational managers by reviewing all CoR incidents and non-conformances and delegating to the appropriate manager for action.
• Provide support for CoR related safety incidents and conduct investigations.
• Be a point of contact for escalations requiring investigation and/or review to confirm compliance issues from internal partners and initiate corrective action where required.
• Lead and support functional Managers to implement strategies and solutions, incorporating appropriate audit mechanisms to ensure compliance of CoR
• Team participation with behaviours aligned to company values (TIES).
• Responsible for enhancing a collaborative environment between internal stakeholders, including Operations, Fleet and L&D.
• Actively participate in the support of safety, health, and wellbeing of team
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Experience working in Logistics is a must
• Intermediate Excel skills and exposure to SharePoint
• Experience in Customer Service is desirable
• Sound organisational skills
