About the Role?

We’re looking for experienced Bulk Driver to join our great delivery team. As part of our transport team you’ll play a key role in connecting us with our customer communities…everyone in Australia!  What will you be doing?

This role is slightly different - you will be working out of the Helensvale depot but your day will start and finish at our Darra Depot.  We require someone to commence there day driving an MC sized truck from our Darra depot to the Helensvale depot.  Your day will continue doing bulk deliveries on the Gold Coast and then you will return back to Darra to drop off an MC sized Truck.

This role would ideally suit someone living in the Brisbane, Western suburbs area.  You will be paid at a higher rate due to the role requitements.

  • Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, pick-up and delivering to customers
  • Providing outstanding service to our customers, you will be the face of StarTrack!
  • As we keep saying…safety first, so you will be expected to be safe and efficient when out on the road and will need to complete your own daily vehicle safety checks before you head out each morning

What are we looking for?

  • You will have a MC truck licence with a minimum of 12 months driving experience in a heavy vehicle
  • Forklift licence and experience (minimum 3 months) - would be an advantage
  • You will be safety focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
  • Have a customer service mindset with effective communication skills

As part of the recruitment process we require you to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national police checks.
