What does the role involve?
The Senior Product Experience Manager (6 Month Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for defining, developing and delivering the digital experience roadmap across multiple, important portfolios of digital products within Australia Post’s digital and data channels, as well as supporting the D&D senior leadership team in developing the approach to digital product management.
The role requires a strategic approach to digital product and experience development to identify opportunities; translate them into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and deliver a roadmap of continuous experience improvement. Starting with the customer first (desirability), the senior digital product manager will also manage the needs of business (viability) with the needs of operations and technology (feasibility) and strive for the right balance between the three. It will draw on deep knowledge and experience in the end-to-end digital production process, from initial concept definition through to delivery using design thinking and agile delivery methods to achieve strategy, customer and financial targets and to define and implement the future vision/roadmap.
Furthermore, the role requires senior stakeholder management and has a strong emphasis on coaching the Product Experience Managers.
