• Salary for this role is $50,697 plus 12% super per annum upon completion of 3 months service and 15% loading.

About the role  

As a Postal Delivery Officer (PDO), you will start your early mornings at [insert time] sorting mail before you go out and deliver on your motorbike in all types of weather.  

To do that, you’ll need:  

• To be a confident and experienced rider on a motorcycle 

• To have experience riding off road though not mandatory  

• To successfully pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment 

• A great memory and hand/eye co-ordination to sort the mail  

• To be fit enough to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly  

• To meet our safe working load limit of weighing 100kgs or less

• A friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who enjoys interacting with others 

• Someone who enjoys early morning starts, and can be counted on to deliver mail to where it needs to go 

• The flexibility to put in extra hours if required
