What does the role involve?

This role would see you initially working on Telephony Modernisation Program leading the significant transformation of mobility and telephony services across our sites/ Delivery centres over the next 2 years. 

You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all aspects of Mobility and Telephony services including provision of support services, process development, life-cycle and asset management, change management, business continuity.

Some of your day-day will include:

  • Proactively managing issues relating to supplier delivery services, ensuring they are effectively tracked and communicated;
  • Participating in regular service review meetings with providers;
  • Conducting trend analysis to identify, manage and fix issues with supplier delivery services, to ensure there is no loss of service due to inadequate planning;
  • Ensuring all assigned issues are managed to resolution by acting as an escalation point to the business.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in IT operational management within the Mobility Services, and Telephony Services;
  • Background in telephony - PSTN, TIPT;
  • Proven experience in managing large operations delivery coordination lifecycles;
  • Experience working with multiple vendors to help deliver a seamless end to end workspace service, whilst continuously looking for improvements to the end user experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes that may not be within direct control, for the technology function;

You will have good communication skills, and are someone who can critically look for opportunities to streamline in order to implement best practices.
