Product and Innovation?
The purpose of Product & Innovation is to create products that people love and trust, while delivering a sustainable future for Australia Post. The business unit is responsible for managing and transforming our enterprise products, innovation and digital capability. The five key product areas that Product & Innovation is responsible for include Parcel and Express Services, International Products & Services, Mail Services & Decipha, Identity Products & Services and Payments & Financial Services with Portfolio Strategy, Innovation and Engineering providing technical expertise across these portfolios.
What does the role involve?
Responsible for supporting the delivery of effective product lifecycle programs in line with the strategic objectives of the business to deliver the expected customer and commercial outcomes. This role is focused on supporting the execution of product strategies for consumer cash solutions products. This role will lead the commercial analysis of new opportunities and drive outcomes led by customer insights. Working with key stakeholders across the business, this role will drive significant improvement in our customer value proposition, drive improved NPS and drive product performance to achieve the financial objectives.

Generate customer, market and product insights through data analysis and market research to drive desired customer experience metrics and commercial results
