What does the role involve?

Based in Sunshine West Melbourne, the Network Co-Ordinator is responsible for supporting the General Manager of Deliveries and the Senior Leader team to deliver on key business objectives. The role will involve coordinating and organising the day to day activities of the General Manager, recognising dependencies, supporting the execution of priorities and enable effective collaboration and communication within the team and key stakeholders. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing everyday support to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team across various projects and activities
  • Email and calendar management
  • Utilise your skills in producing high quality presentations and business cases 
  • Project planning support to ensure business policy and procedures are met
  • Support the senior leadership team to systematise regular reporting processes to meet the customers’ needs
  • Lead the execution of events, conferences and functions

What experience will you have?

We are looking for an individual that is highly organised, a self-motivator and able to get things done. In addition to this, you will ideally have;

  • Experience in EA or office management
  • Demonstrated experience reporting on project outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience with communicating and coordinating a diverse co-located team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite – especially in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven experience in developing high quality presentations, proposals and business cases
  • Experience with dealing and interacting with senior leaders and stakeholders
