What does the role involve?

Based in Sydney, the Service Quality specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst achieving optimal efficiency for our customers and our network. The purpose of the role is to support in co-ordinating and implementing customer specific initiatives throughout the network and collaborate and support stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience.

Working with the Deliveries Engagement Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the development of processes to implement alignment across the Australia Post Enterprise 
• Work closely with our stakeholders across different functions to support optimal Customer Experience for both internal and external customers
• Take the lead to support the team to drive customer specific initiatives to achieve desired results
• Evaluate, track and promote the need for greater compliance upstream in the supply chain to drive downstream
• Identifying specific cost saving and process improvements to achieve overall customer Excellence

The role will be primarily based in Chullora with the potential to travel to key facilities including Strathfield, Minchinbury and Redfern.

What experience will you have?

We are looking for candidates that have a can-do attitude, are customer focused and able to use data to drive and deliver outcomes to achieve overall Customer Excellence. In addition to this, you will ideally have;

• In depth knowledge and experience working in a large complex and diverse organisation
• Experience working in supply chain/manufacturing environment – desired but not essenital
• Experience with leading and facilitating the implementation and acceptance of change
• Proven ability to develop, communicate and implement strategies including short/medium/long term execution plans, budget and service outcomes
• Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different states
• Experience in stakeholder engagement to influence and implement improved outcomes
• Persuasive communicator to drive outcomes
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management  or Business and Commerce – desired but not essential
