The Senior Product Manager is a product visionary, who is future-oriented and passionate about driving new product ideas from initial concept, through technical definition, all the way to a customer-ready product launch.

The position will analyse the marketplace, own the SameDay & Fulfilment Product / Customer Segments and design and develop desirable, feasible and viable innovative solutions that will increase market share and increase revenue. They will be responsible for developing and defining strategy and product roadmaps for the Courier, Next Flight & Fulfilment in additional to managing a team of product (managers / owners) to deliver and release new features and or enhancements through standard release process on time, within budget and the required quality specifications. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Develop and implement a product strategy and product roadmap that supports the SameDay & Fulfilment business priorities by customer segment
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new and existing products and features from product roadmaps and design to productisation, commercialisation and monitoring through the product management team
  • Maintain strategy, roadmap and oversight for the technical and customer facing platform to ensure ongoing support for the Product and Roadmap
  • Lead the development of the products innovation plan based on a ‘Lean’ product development methodology, identifying & developing new concepts focused on solving business problems and delighting users
  • Achievement of product KPIs – revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and product usage

What we're looking for: 

  • Proven track record & 10+ years experience in all aspects of digital product design & development (strategy, research, concept development, design (UI/UX), requirements definition, release and iteration plans, user testing, market launch, key metrics, product review and remediation)
  • Experience in the following (consumer focused) industries including eCommerce, retail, supply chain and logistics
  • Experience in successfully working with development teams using Agile development methodologies to achieve sustainable product release schedules
  • Product design, development and implementation (B2C and/or B2B)
  • Industry experience and leadership in eCommerce, supply chain and/or transport
