The State Operations Manager is responsible for the operation in ACT. This involves planning and leading at a state level to ensure business strategies and future plans for the company are met and assist with creating business solutions for existing customers and developing new business opportunities. This role is also responsible for a number of BAU activities.
What you'll be doing:
Day to day activities include Customer relations, liaison with Sales, delivery of services ensuring contractual obligations and SLA’s are met or exceeded, consolidation of information for reporting, data analytics and productivity improvements.
