The State Operations Manager is responsible for the operation in ACT. This involves planning and leading at a state level to ensure business strategies and future plans for the company are met and assist with creating business solutions for existing customers and developing new business opportunities.  This role is also responsible for a number of BAU activities.

What you'll be doing: 

Day to day activities include Customer relations, liaison with Sales, delivery of services ensuring contractual obligations and SLA’s are met or exceeded, consolidation of information for reporting, data analytics and productivity improvements. The role also has a strong focus on people and culture, including safety, engagement, communication, and performance management. Key responsibilities include the following:

• Ensure a safe environment complying with applicable WH&S regulations & legislation
• Ensure compliance to relevant employee/industrial relations legislation.
• Establish and coordinate operational objectives, and ensure KPI's & SLA's are met.
• Creating business solutions and strategies for existing clients and develop new business opportunities to achieve market growth in conjunction with Head of Decipha National Operations, and Product and Solutions teams
• Establish and maintain Client contacts and relationships

What we're looking for: 

• Demonstrable experience leading multiple teams via direct reports within large operational environments 
• You've worked in technical operational environments 
• You have experience in productivity measurement 
• You have experience in improvement methodologies and implementation of improvement initiatives 
• If you have experience with document management and imaging solutions that would be a plus!
