What does the role involve? 

Reporting to the “Head of Performance and Recognition”, as the “Manager, Performance, Recognition, & Non FBT Benefits” you will be accountable for delivering enterprise wide Performance activities, as well as leading programs of work around recognition, and benefits. This role focuses on the delivery of programs of work including overseeing design, continuous improvement, deployment and ongoing management of these areas.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day to day cyclical processes related to performance
  • Supporting the identification, and implementation of continual improvements to cyclical performance policies, processes and practices
  • Provide proactive advice and education to business partners and managers in undertaking cyclical performance activities
  • Remain up to date on latest performance management, recognition and benefits trends and emerging technologies
  • Supporting the ongoing development, implementation and management of a new employee recognition program and a new benefit and offers framework 
  • Managing financial aspects of performance, employee recognition and benefits including purchasing, third party vendor relationships, budgeting and expenditure

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources / people and culture role, with exposure to performance, reward, recognition, and employee benefits initiatives
  • Experience and understanding of Performance Management frameworks and cyclical performance and incentive activities
  • Extensive experience in both program and project management and delivery, ability to work at pace, with completing deadlines, managing sensitive information with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to review, develop, and roll out performance management frameworks at scale
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
  • Prior leadership exposure would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Results focused and high attention to detail: Clear ability to interpret data, pull reports, and execute change with autonomy
