What does the role involve?

The Channel Partner Manager will lead and coach a portfolio of 10-20 Local Business Partners who each will have a portfolio of small to medium business customers with an expectation that they will retain, acquire and grow within a defined geographical zone.

While the Channel Partner Manager does not hold any customer accounts of their own, it is responsible for directing, coaching and driving Local Business Partners for high performance – achieving agreed revenue, orders and sales targets.

• Coach each LBP to acquire new customers retain existing revenue within their geo zone / portfolios
• Drive/Coach the LBP to execute product penetration initiatives
• Guide the LBP’s development and implementation of customer-centric strategic territory plans to ensure sales effort is effectively prioritised, existing revenue is protected, and that a deliberate approach is being undertaken to maximise revenue growth of AP’s Micro and SME business segment.
• Support LBP to deliver a seamless customer experience by removing barriers or challenges relating to cross-function collaboration between AP’s specialists across all activities, including service, sales, solution design and implementation.
