What does the role involve?

Reporting to the “Head of Talent Acquisition”, as the “Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology & Experience Optimisation”, you will be accountable for enabling the talent acquisition (TA) team in developing, implementing and executing national TA strategies that aid business objectives through technology, recruitment, and employer branding solutions.

Sitting on the leadership team for TA, you will be responsible for managing a team of four and driving strategic initiatives regarding;

  • Process improvement
  • Systems & programs implementation
  • Reporting, analytics & compliance
  • Employer brand, recruitment marketing & communications
  • Diversity & inclusions recruitment strategies

A varied and fast paced role, this position has a high component on analytical work, project management and is responsible for ensuring an engaging and efficient recruitment experience for all internal and external users.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong analytical and reporting capability with the ability to analyse complex data sets, turning them into actionable insights
  • Extensive knowledge of the functional TA technology domain, experience leading technology change initiatives, current understanding of the latest technology trends & roadmap projections
  • Prior leadership experience, specifically in performance management, development and driving outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Prior recruitment, project management, systems optimisation, and reporting experience within large, complex organisations
  • Exposure to PageUp and SAP would be beneficial
