The role

Senior Service Hypercare Co-Ordinator’s play a critical role in the success of Australia Post and we recognise that – we're offering you some great benefits to be part of our team!  So, what will you be doing? You’ll be a key member of the Customer Control Centre team leading the on-ground customer experience effort by evaluating and providing the business and the customer with specific information and support that will allow the development of improved service and customer experience.

You’ll provide hyper-care for major customers that have service or performance issues while recommending solutions that enable the Business to deliver against its objectives and metrics. You’ll be responsible for providing relevant stakeholders and business teams with expert knowledge and advice to develop strategies that provides detailed information on areas that have been highlighted as a service concern and provide updates as to the improvement of changes made.

While working with the wider customer excellence team to support service, chronology and customer experience, you’ll also be required to work extremely closely with data and analytics teams as these will be the drivers of most actions and programs of work of on ground team members.

What we’re looking for

There's a few other things we are ideally looking for;

  • In depth knowledge and  experience working in a logistics/supply chain/ manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated capacity to work within diverse networks to achieve great service outcomes
  • Continual interaction with stakeholders at many levels of the organization, with focus on ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes for improving service performance improvements
  • 2-5 years operational experience in a complex environment
  • You will be working across different sites, therefore a licence is a must have
