The role

What an interesting role!! As a member of the leadership team, you’ll lead a small team of Coordinators & Service specialists and work across all relevant stakeholders to lead the Customer experience effort across the operation, this team partners with the Hypercare of key customers nationally to meet customer expectation and service requirements.

You’ll possess a leadership style that inspires a passion for the cause and is consistently outcome driven whilst utilising data and analytics for successful analysis and targeted outcomes. This is a highly visible role with state level responsibilities and supports the continuous improvement head across all levels of the organisation, therefore you must be extremely adept at stakeholder engagement, understand our complex operation, and lead a team to implement change that supports tangible outcomes while being directly accountable for customer and service quality improvements.

What we’re looking for

There are a few other things we are ideally looking for;

  • In depth knowledge and  experience working in a Logistic/supply chain/ manufacturing environment with operational processes
  • Enjoy continual interaction with stakeholders at many levels of the organization, with focus on ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes for improving service performance improvements
  • Exposure to Continuous Improvement/Lean Improvement tools and methodologies
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an Enterprise environment
  • Must be able to drive and hold a current license
