What does the role involve?

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your role will be responsible for developing and executing one to one campaigns to drive customer engagement, cross sell, up-sell and retention.

More specifically, this 12 month contract will see you:

  • Develop and execute Lifecycle Marketing campaigns for our business segments to drive customer engagement, cross-sell, upsell and retention.
  • Recommend and execute appropriate one to one marketing strategies for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Post campaign analysis – use campaign and business analytics to identify areas of improvement for campaigns
  • Explore via test and learn, the optimum approach to deliver the best campaign results
  • Maintain our CRM and campaigns processes to ensure relevant, timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Work closely with our Sales Teams to fulfil campaigns.
  • Budget management

Campaigns may include, but are not limited to:

  • Monthly customer eNewsletter
  • One to one campaigns to support integrated marketing campaigns

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for candidates with extensive experience across CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with strong examples of using data and insights to develop and execute 1:1 marketing campaigns.

  • Extensive experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience in B2B Marketing, brand building and integrated campaign strategy planning
  • Experience conducting regular evaluation analysis of marketing campaigns to provide meaningful, actionable insights
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce and Salesforce Reporting
  • Experience working with broad data sets
  • Highly organised and strong project management skills
