The Business, Government & International team manages Australia Post’s most important corporate, government and business customers, and consists of a diverse team of sales managers, account managers, solution architects, product specialists and other specialist sales support functions who collectively manage existing customer relationships and drive significant revenue growth

What does the role involve?

This role is responsible for managing the Tailored Onboarding team. The Tailored Onboarding team is responsible to deliver excellent customer service through managing the onboarding of new customers and new products from pre-sale through to post sale and contract renewals

  • Using effective leadership skills and techniques to lead and develop individuals within the Tailored Onboarding Team to help them reach their maximum potential and achieve the teams objectives
  • Managing the operational forecasting process including the daily workload management to enable the organisation to achieve targets
  • Full understanding and knowledge of customers contracts full terms and conditions and pricing schedules
  • Develop, implement, and maintain pre-sales through to post-sales process and sales support to effectively maximise resources and achieve SLA performance

What experience will you have?

We’re looking candidates with demonstrated leadership experience who thrive when managing multiple projects and working across complex stakeholder and customer groups.

  • Experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in interpreting and analysing complex data
  • Proven ability to triage and prioritise workload
  • Ability to identify and execute on improvements to processes and workflows
  • Ability to oversee initiatives when working with cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in synthesizing and analysing information, including analysing complex data
