Product and Innovation?
The purpose of Product & Innovation is to create products that people love and trust, while delivering a sustainable future for Australia Post. The business unit is responsible for managing and transforming our enterprise products, innovation and digital capability. The five key product areas that Product & Innovation is responsible for include Parcel and Express Services, International Products & Services, Mail Services & Decipha, Identity Products & Services and Payments & Financial Services with Portfolio Strategy, Innovation and Engineering providing technical expertise across these portfolios.
What does the role involve?
Responsible for the ongoing sales performance and compliance of the retail network as well as other distribution channels relating to the Identity, Payments, and Financial Services business.
The core focus of the role will be to support the uplift of the overall retail customer experience and channel performance including but not limited to ongoing staff training, network look and feel, signage, marketing and overall experience for the services within the IP&FS business. Working closely with the relevant product managers and the Customer and Community team to embed the appropriate compliance, sales and professional standards in line with customer expectations. This role will also put appropriate controls in place to ensure the network complies with the ongoing contractual obligations associated with Bank@Post and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of other new products and services across our network.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Growth & Channel Performance and is a key sales enablement role within the IP&FS portfolio.
