The Community & Consumer team has end to end accountability for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer and community requirements – from market research, marketing planning to brand positioning and product placement. We’re also strategically overseeing advertising, promotional activities and understanding and influencing community and public relationships.

What does the role involve?
The B2B Content Manager will be accountable for the content delivery process from ideation, to creation, to engagement reporting. Explore and execute multiple ways to surface content, from video to written content, to gamification to infographics. Manage a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure content meets business objectives. Utilise creative expertise to deliver product and business information that engages readers and drives outcomes. Demonstrate an expert understanding of writing for digital platforms, including blog and eDM content.
This role will deliver cut-through, on brand, fit for purpose content across a range of owned and paid communications channels including eNews, paid and organic social, the Business Blog, sales enablement platform and content partnerships.
This position will suit a creative content expert who has a passion for storytelling and expertise in connecting with audiences across multiple digital platforms.
