The Community & Consumer team has end to end accountability for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer and community requirements – from market research, marketing strategies, to brand positioning and growth opportunities. We also strategically oversee consumer and business campaigns, advertising, , promotional activities and understanding and influencing community and public relationships.

What does the role involve?
The Senior Manager role focuses on our largest value business customers. It will be critical in developing the enterprise segment strategy by defining, identifying and sizing customer opportunities and creating compelling propositions. This position will develop the Marketing strategy and sales support model for determined categories or sub-segments along with marketing briefs where necessary.
The focus of this role will be to establish deep segment understanding and provide thought leadership and direction for business functions to deliver solutions and experiences for customers. This role will also build compelling CVPs to support product, marketing and channel teams. This role will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, in particular with the sales teams, product & innovation and Post Office Network teams in order to understand and influence roadmaps.
