What does the role involve?

This position will develop the marketing and growth strategies for the Enterprise & Government Segment. They will work with customers to design solutions; rapidly test and iterate through experiments; work with the business to bring to life those solutions through compelling experiences that are easy, safe and personal; measure and improve growth over time. Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for business functions to deliver solutions and experiences that delight customers, and support product, marketing and channel teams to build a compelling proposition as a growth engine for our business.

  • Develop the marketing and growth strategies for the Enterprise & Government segments 
  • Define segment needs, where to play, how to win and size of prize
  • Lead collaborative process to design desirable, feasible and viable category value propositions and experiences across all channels
  • Rapidly test and iterate through experiments
  • Align marketing, product and channel priorities to deliver
  • Monitor and review Enterprise & Government segment performance
  • Manage the Enterprise & Government sergment development roadmap
  • Draw upon or conduct research and analytics in order to determine insights which will be used to underpin decision making for the category
  • Drive new and more customer-centric ways of working within the team and across the enterprise
  • Grow new revenue for the segment
  • Regularly review and influence the management of indirectly managed components of the segment portfolio

What experience will you have?

You will have demonstrated experience facing into Government with experience putting together growth oriented strategies informed by data analytics, with proven ability to influence senior leaders across large, complex matrix organisations and a solid track record of execution. With deep experience in managing high quality execution of product or marketing change and transformation, you have the capability to drive an agile, customer-centric way of working within the team and across the business.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing and growth strategies 
  • Demonstrated experience working with or facing into Government 
  • Ability to influence senior leaders across the organisation in execution of a solid growth oriented strategy
  • Strong track record of successfully implementing significant change within large organisations across retail and financial services
  • Deep experience in managing high quality execution of product or marketing change and transformation
  • Strong analytical bias preferably with significant customer insights experience
  • Experience in driving customer-centric culture change
  • Capability to drive an agile, customer-centric way of working within the team and across the business
  • Strong track record of successfully implementing significant change within large organisations
  • Experience managing and aligning internal and external stakeholders through the change experience
  • Exceptional ability to influence cross functional teams in execution of a solid growth oriented strategy
