What does the role involve?

The Professional Services Manager will be based at our Decipha offices in Abbotsford. You are responsible for leading an expert team of Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure the efficient and effective creation and delivery of customer focused strategic solutions within the agreed scope, expected quality and within the financial and time constraints necessary to realise the benefits for customers. The role will be required to partner with key stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are understood and solutions are recommended that not only meet customer requirements but drive revenue growth

 

Reporting to Head of Product & Solutions, the role purpose is:

  • Leading a team of expert Business Analysts and Project Managers
  • Driving the execution and delivery of efficient and effective customer focused solutions
  • Partnering with the Account and Acquisition teams, providing timely and adaptable solutions that meet our client requirements
  • Strategic engagement with key customers to understand customer problems
  • Identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure solutions meet customer requirements
  • Critically analysing processes and systems and identifying opportunities for improvement

 

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience leading high-performance teams
  • Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with a diverse range of clients including senior executives
  • Strategic consulting leadership experience with a proven track record of results
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen including sales process, business planning, revenue and cost forecasting
  • Significant senior Project Management and/or Project Director experience Relationships
  • Proven experience in the successful delivery of solutions within a similar environment
  • Proven experience identifying roadblocks or risks to the effective delivery of the solution and managing to ensure solution delivery is kept on track
  • To be considered for this role you must be an Australian Citizen.
