About the role:

An exciting opportunity to work with industry leading technology and an experienced team of Identity & Directory Services professionals.  Reporting to the Team Leader – Identity & Directory Services, you'll be responsible for designing, delivering and running Identity & Directory Services in a hands on role. You’ll be accountable for the day to maintenance, monitoring and support for infrastructure to ensure the stable operations of the organisations Identity & Directory Services environment. You’ll carry out maintenance, monitoring and support for infrastructure to ensure the stable operations of the organisations Identity & Directory Services environment which will include RFC's, estimations, design and development work to time, budget and quality targets.

About you:

You'll be an innovative thinker who truly thrives when taking ownership of finding solutions to problems. You'll bring your expertise in supporting Identity and Directory technology offerings in both on premise and Cloud environments. And has demonstrated successful operation of an enterprise grade Identity & Directory services environment (20,000+ users) in a 24/7 operational capacity  As you'll be working in a close-knit team you'll have the opportunity to continuously improve our processes and systems.

Technically it would be desirable if you had the following;

  • Ability to interpret and provide input to complex IT designs
  • Must be an expert in one or more service technologies  i.e. Oracle IAM/Okta/AD/DNS/DHCP/ADFS/AzureAD
  • Advanced with Powershell scripting using object orientated methodologies, can prove examples
  • Has a strong working knowledge of IT security principals
  • ITIL certified with an understanding of Agile
  • VMware and AWS experience
