About the role
We’ve got a great opportunity for an account manager and product expert with sales experience who love building and maintaining relationships to manage a portfolio of approximately 250 customers with a value of up to $5 million. You’ll be engaging with our customers via phone, owning the end to end process providing valuable insights and getting involved in significant (and often complex) deals, including their financials.
What will you be doing?
• Build and maintain relationships with all clients in an allocated area.• Meet or exceed the target in profit, revenue and volume within the territory.• Identify & validate small business opportunities and cross sell.• Represent the client’s needs to internal stakeholders, influencing services offerings.• Represent Enterprise solutions to the client, driving sustainable, profitable revenue. • Lead, through influence, internal service partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Your close partnership with our customers will ensure their voice is brought back into the business so we can further develop new solutions and products that will drive future revenue growth. You’ll be a passionate, highly motivated sales professional. You’ll understand the sales cycle and have plenty of strategic account management and solution-selling experience, with proven ability to negotiate, drive and close deals. Comfortable engaging at C-level you’ll be a naturally collaborative relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
