Product Support Manager – Acquiring Services

Our Payments and Financial Services team has recently had a makeover and there are a range of opportunities to join the team! We are currently on the search for an experienced Product Support Manager focusing on supporting the execution of product strategies within our digital payment products.

What will you be doing?

What an exciting role!  This position is a key hands on role within the organisation, reporting to the Senior Product Manager. You’ll play a crucial part in our future by leading the commercial analysis of new opportunities and drive outcomes within the Business & Government financial services portfolio. Led by strong customer insights as well as leveraging market & industry knowledge the roles are focused on assisting the development and execution of short to mid-term product strategies, using agile development methodologies, to deliver key customer and financial objectives

Essentially, this role will support strategy execution, roll out of new products and features, assisting with deployment of product initiatives and campaigns, while also overseeing and influencing the quality of product management activities and identify commercially significant sales opportunities.

You will also work with one or more cross-functional teams on the agile delivery of new product features, provide demand, revenue and cost forecasts for associated products as well as performance reporting and insights to effectively manage to commercial targets.

You will also work with one or more cross-functional teams on the agile delivery of new product features, acting as a product owner to provide business context and feature prioritisation.

Lastly, you’ll work with key stakeholders across the business to drive significant improvement in our customer value proposition and drive product performance to achieve the financial objectives

What are we looking for?

We’d love to hear from energetic visionary people who show a true passion for driving us to be at the forefront of our industry. We’re a large and complex organisation so we need you to have great interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

You’ll have proven experience in a product analyst/support role ideally in financial products and online payments. And you’ll be hungry to learn with a proactive, hands on attitude. Your track record in the support in developing and implementing strategies, plans and major work programs will complement your knowledge of industry, market trends, competitive landscapes and understanding of the product levers that drive profitability and cost structure.


Ideally you’ll have also have proven experience working with digital payments and really get the eCommerce industry. A strong understanding of the payments landscape, both internationally and within Australia, and exposure to emerging payment technologies and trends is highly desirable.
