What does the role involve?
Reporting to GM, Customer Strategy & Portfolio Development you will lead the POST+ Program with accountability for the program roadmap and a successful delivery. You will be an integral part of delivering a platform for growth, sustaining Post Offices and connecting communities. The successful Program Director, will have highly developed relationship management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation, whilst developing a high performing team.
