What does the role involve?
Based in Melbourne, the Head of Prioritisation and Governance works across Service Quality and all relevant stakeholders (including but not limited to the following teams: Australia Post Deliveries, Star Track, Network Operations, Business & Government) to lead the prioritisation roadmap and overall governance of targets, across a balanced scorecard. This role will have one direct report who will support in delivering on the prioritisation initiatives. On a daily basis this role will see you:
