Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager, you’ll join a team full of bright ideas and energy. This is an exciting role for a confident, creative and adaptable talent acquisition professional. 

About the role

This role will allow you will have one direct report and work across multiple disciplines including marketing, employer branding, diversity and engagement and talent acquisition.

In this position, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with the Diversity & Engagement team to drive Australia Post’s Diversity Strategy and operationalise diversity strategies in a recruitment context.
  • Integrate diversity best practice into our recruitment practices
  • Manage various Talent Acquisition projects from concept to implementation, engaging with different cross functional areas at Australia Post
  • Develop marketing strategies to support specific recruitment campaigns and diversity initiatives for the entire Talent Acquisition function, whilst measuring all campaign activity to capture actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the Social Media, Communications, Marketing and Branding teams to ensure TA’s alignment to Australia Post’s broader customer strategy. 
  • Promote and drive the use and uptake of marketing / sourcing products and services provided to Talent Acquisition Consultants
  • Manage the optimisation of the content on Australia Post’s career page, intranet, supplier pages, advertisements, and all other recruitment related platforms accessible by internal and external audiences
  • Manage the budget behind our strategies

  • A good understanding of branding and talent acquisition
  • Recruitment know-how, including the recruitment life cycle and campaign strategy development 
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to influence and connect with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Marketing or equivalent work experience with an emphasis on diversity, advertising or communications.
