As a Service Quality Supervisor, you will drive improvement in productivity and processes by liaising with the operations to provide more efficient ways of working. You will continuously empower the business to deliver quality standards with mentoring, training, advise and ongoing support to staff.

Additionally, you will report into the Facility Manager and aid in the development of standardised quality assurances, compliance of service via Local DIFOT analysis and ad-hoc review as required. To identify and realise service quality improvement opportunities, by liaising with the appropriate personnel locally and across the network.

This component in building relationships with stakeholders, will be a key part of the role and in your success in driving for better service and efficiency outcomes from our customer and for the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Consultation and communication with stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement of process and quality management
  • Auditing, evaluating and reviewing existing policies and procedures to develop quality control improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders  
  • Ensure that the security of all consignments is upheld in line with Company policy
  • Complete all documentation in accordance with Company policy
  • Ensure Company equipment and facilities are correctly maintained

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in a same or similar role
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders
  • Possess initiative and a strong work ethic
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to make a positive contribution within a team environment
