What will you be doing?
In this national and enterprise wide role, you’ll provide leadership and direction to a team of 2 Talent Acquisition Consultants and 6 Talent Acquisition Business Partners, in order to create a positive experience for our stakeholders.
You’ll be leading a talented team of recruiters, in our newly transformed service model while partnering with recruitment managers to understand the talent pipelines within the Services business. This will not only shape the growth of the TA function but give you the opportunity to network with various stakeholders and foster your professional development.
