About the role

You’ll provide phone support, as well as sales and service to our customers across the country. To be successful in this role you’ll need to:

  • Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately. You’ll be an expert problem solver and a positive thinker, focused on delighting our customers.
  • Handle high volumes of in-bound calls. We operate a busy contact centre so you’ll need to be able to work calmly under pressure using your resilience to move from one customer to the next.
  • Be diligent in your work. If you’re professional, reliable and punctual, and support your fellow team members, you’ll thrive here.
  • Have an eye for detail. You’ll need to work intelligently on our computer systems, entering customer bookings and delivery information, ensuring compliance and managing multiple systems at once.

What we’re looking for

We’re after people who are highly capable in:

  • Using data to quickly understand and resolve customer problems
  • MS Office suite, specifically Excel/Access
  • Written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal, consulting and facilitation skills.
