Key Account Manager

What’s the job involve?

The Key Account Manager will contribute and be responsible for growing revenue and orders including protecting existing revenue, and secure the renewal and the expansion of existing contracts for a portfolio of multiple accounts in order to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.

The position will require strong collaboration across the business with other relevant trusted eCommerce Solutions teams to drive growth in our business.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience selling complex business-to-business solutions at various levels of the organisation, including identifying, qualifying, proposing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Experience selling into retail, banking or professional service industries will be looked upon favourably
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Previous experience negotiating high-value sales deals with a complex solution, product and service range.
  • Experience positioning digital solutions highly sort after
  • Plan and execute sustained portfolio growth for large business clients.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with C-suite customers include senior managers and executive
  • Sales discipline knowledge including sales techniques, account planning and portfolio management, and reporting
  • Knowledge of commercial legal and contractual practices and obligations in the Australian market
  • A relevant Business Degree
  • Strong industry network are desireable
