What’s the job involve?

The Service Partner plays a key role in customer retention, and is the single point of contact for Australia Post’s top customers. In this position, you will be accountable for operational efficiency and troubleshooting of systemic issues for a nominated customer account. While in this role, you will partner with the relevant sales executives for the purpose of providing industry-leading solutions to our customers. Additionally, the role will engage with the operational teams across Australia Post to ensure exemplary services are provided.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Relevant experience in service delivery and/or customer service/operations
  • Capacity to not only resolve problems and issues, but to identify and develop mitigation strategies to systemic issues and barriers to performance within existing business processes and recommend solutions for continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to add value to stakeholder relationships as a trusted business advisor
  • Ability to develop an effective network quickly and effectively across the organisation
  • Leadership via influence and negotiation
  • Ability to present and facilitate to various audiences
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve complex sales, service delivery and commercial business issues
  • Identify cross sell/upsell opportunities
