We’re looking for Customer Service Consultants to be based in our Contact Centre who will continue to deliver success for our business. We’re known for delivering a good job, but we couldn’t do it without people like you on the phones, talking to our customers every day. This role will be working shift patterns between 8.00 am and 7.30pm based at our Darra Customer Contact Centre.

Role requirements:                                                      

  • Resolving customer queries – quickly and accurately – you’ll be an expert problem solver focused on delighting our customers with a positive attitude.
  • Handling high volumes of in-bound calls – we operate a busy contact centre and you need to be able to work calmly under pressure.
  • Being diligent in your work – you’ll thrive if you apply yourself with professionalism, reliability and punctuality and respect and support your fellow team members.
  • Having an eye for detail – you’ll need to work smartly on our computer systems, entering customer bookings and delivery information, ensuring compliance and managing multiple systems at once.

You’ll need:

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and resolve problems for sales teams and customers utilising data
  • Highly capable in the use of CRM, reporting and data software 
  • Highly capable in the MS Office suite specifically excel/access with intermediate skills in macros.
  • Highly capable of data processing methodologies
  • Highly capable in interpreting reports and making recommendations for process improvement based on data and/or observable practices
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, consulting and facilitation skills
