Join us as an Account Manager and you’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same and every success is celebrated. In this dynamic role you’ll be responsible for driving solution based new business in untapped markets

Requirements:    

  • Drive portfolio objectives that build on revenue growth and increase market share
  • Prepare strategic account plans and provide input into budget, marketing and product planning
  • Drive overall customer retention & satisfaction to meet corporate objectives & Voice of the Customer
  • Negotiate contract renewals and ensure ongoing commercial compliance
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for each customer within the assigned portfolio
  • Revenue protection yield management and profitability

What you’ll need:

  • Complex solution selling at various levels is essential, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities to plan & execute sustained portfolio growth
  • Experience in negotiation techniques & methodologies
  • Continuous knowledge growth of financial, economic & market data to drive portfolio growth strategies
  • Sound commercial acumen
  • The ability to build relationships with multi-level internal & external stakeholders, influencing outcomes for sales strategies & solutions
  • Knowledge of commercial legal and contractual practices and obligations, including trade practices legislation in relevant local and international markets
