We’re looking for Customer Service Consultants to be based in our Darra Contact Centre who will continue to deliver success for our business. We’re known for delivering a good job, but we couldn’t do it without people like you on the phones, talking to our customers every day. This is your chance to work with like-minded people in a supportive environment that continually encourages career development. This role will be 18 hours per week. Working  shift patterns between 8.00 am and 7.30pm Monday to Friday.

Role requirements:                                                  

  • Resolving customer queries – quickly and accurately – you’ll be an expert problem solver focused on delighting our customers with a positive attitude.
  • Handling high volumes of in-bound calls – we operate a busy contact centre and you need to be able to work calmly under pressure.
  • Being diligent in your work – you’ll thrive if you apply yourself with professionalism, reliability and punctuality and respect and support your fellow team members.
  • Having an eye for detail – you’ll need to work smartly on our computer systems, entering customer bookings and delivery information, ensuring compliance and managing multiple systems at once.

You’ll need:

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and resolve problems for sales teams and customers utilising data
  • Highly capable in the use of CRM, reporting and data software 
  • Highly capable in the MS Office suite specifically excel/access with intermediate skills in macros.
  • Highly capable of data processing methodologies
  • Highly capable in interpreting reports and making recommendations for process improvement based on data and/or observable practices
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, consulting and facilitation skills
